Go to your nearest hospital’s accident and emergency department
Call your crisis team if you are already supported by a mental health service
If you can’t do this on own contact someone to help you.
If you are feeling this way at a time when you can contact a member of your TYA clinical team and expect them to respond give them a call.

Follow the advice you have been given by your TYA clinical team to:
Contact your team or the out of hours number at the hospital they have given you
Go to accident and emergency department at your local hospital
Contact your GP for an emergency appointment
